Chemical Guys Hex-Logic Self-Centered cutting and polishing pads are the most innovative pads for all buffer types. Uniquely sized at 7.5 in., and available in a variety of grades for cutting, polishing, and finishing, they center themselves for superior results. The self-centering ring imbedded into each pad enables the backing plate to sink into the pad for better and safer results. Using the finest and most durable foams, hook-and-loop interfaces, and V-cut channels to increase airflow and cooling characteristics, Hex-Logic engineers rounded the profile of the pad for improved flex into curves and contours with smoother polishing performance. The pads are wider than the backing, providing a foam protector that prevents the backing plate from hitting the surface. New materials and manufacturing processes reduce the wear and tear that rips pad foam from backing material.
